In addition to the existing Steelshop Secondary Dedusting System's capacity of 1,085,000 m3/hour, a new filter system with a capacity of 1,610,000 m3/hour was added, bringing the total capacity to 2,695,000 m3/hour. In this way, higher standards have been achieved in terms of environment, occupational health and safety. In addition, charging hall hoods, which were not available before, were added to the system to prevent dust from escaping from the roof of the steelshop into the atmosphere. Erdemir Engineering contributed to the feasibility, planning, design, purchasing and project execution processes within the scope of the project. The project was put into operation on August 15, 2023.
