The Cold Slitting Line, designed and manufactured by Turkish Engineers provides high quality flat sheet metal slitting services, especially for automotive and white goods clients. The facility established for ERSEM Gebze, has an annual capacity of 125,000 tonnes, with thickness ranging from 0.30 to 2.00 mm and a minimum width of 20 mm. In addition to the slitting process, it also enables automatic packing of the slit coils. Erdemir Engineering has contributed to feasibility studies, planning, design, procurement, and project execution processes. The project was commissioned on April 15, 2023.
