Dirt and oil particles generated due to operation process in Continuous Pickling Line (CPL-TCM), accumulation of particles drip onto sheet material and it makes mark on the sheet. Those marks cause quality problem on the product. The existing cleaning process has HSE risks. A new movable and telescopic platform has been designed in order to provide safe and comfortable cleaning operation in Tandem stands. Work within the scope of concept, detail design and technical drawing took 2 months and was completed in 2017.
