Especially in the area of shear, head of the sheet is crushing along the line and damaging equipment. In order to prevent this problem, wooden part shave been put between shears by the operation team to be able to bend the head of the strip. This operation causes HSE problem. Hydromechanical strip head bending equipment have been designed and installed at upstream of the line. with this solution, strip crushing problems and HSE problems has been solved. Work within the scope of concept, detail design and technical drawing took 3 months and was completed in 2017.
