A jacketed type cooling system has been designed to prevent deformations caused by the manipulator cover being exposed to high temperatures. Within the scope of the study, it is expected to yield approximately 100,000 USD per year. Work within the scope of engineering and technical drawing was completed in 2021.
Objective | The current cooling system of cover maniplator is pipe cooling system that does not work efficiently enough. The current cooling system weight is high and adding unnecessary load to the system. If it does not cooled efficiently enough, the manipulator service life will be decrease and new manipulator replacement requires. |
