Existing scrap disposal system causes HSE problem and has been created heavy workload for crane and line operators. A new scrap box design with self-dumping feature and higher carriage capacity was made at the entry shear of the line. Work within the scope of concept, detail design and technical drawing took 1 month and was completed in 2022.
